If you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, we will gladly accept a return of your unused pair of sunglass within 30 days of purchase. We will issue a full refund if the item is returned in “new” or “as new” condition (this means the condition of sunglass and packaging is as originally received). Product must be accompanied by a copy of the receipt, issued by 23° Eyewear website or an authorized dealer.

We recommend you get a tracking number for your package, as 23° Eyewear is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your package.
Credits are processed within 7 days from return receipt. The value of the credit depends on the quality of the sunglass.
We will not accept returns for purchases other than 23° Eyewear website or authorized dealers.
