23° Eyewear warrants your sunglass as free of manufacturing defects, for the lifetime of the product.
Note: The warranty covers product purchased via the 23° Eyewear website or authorized dealers only.
If you experience a manufacturing defect in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace the product at no charge.
23 Degrees Eyewear will determine a manufacturing defect at its sole discretion. If it is determined that your sunglass defects are not covered by warranty, we will repair them for a small fee
This warranty does not cover defects such as:
Scratches on lenses and frames
Damages caused by accident, abuse or neglect
Damages caused by improper use or storage of the product
Unauthorized modifications or repairs
Normal wear and tear
If you have damaged your sunglass and you would like us to repair your sunglass, we encourage you to send us a photo for a repair quote before shipping your pair back to us. We will contact you via email with the cost of the repair for your approval.

We recommend you get a tracking number for your package, as 23° Eyewear is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
You will receive an email confirmation when we receive your package.
You will receive an email when the product is repaired and ready to be shipped.
If your sunglass model is no longer available, or cannot be repaired, you will be provided with a voucher of similar value, and available to use online at 23eyewear.com.
We will return your sunglass using ground FedEx service, at the shipping address provided in your claim form.
If your sunglass defects are not covered by warranty, we will repair them for a small fee.
If you think that the defect is not covered by warranty, and you want us to repair your sunglass, we encourage you to send us a photo for a repair quote before shipping your pair back to us.
Prior to repair, we will contact you via email with the cost of the repair for your approval.
